The Elton John AIDS Foundation (EJAF) will present its 24th annual Academy Awards Viewing Party Wonderful Crazy Night on Sunday, February 28, 2016, at West Hollywood Park in Los Angeles.

Following dinner and an exciting live auction, Elton and his band will perform various selections, including songs from Elton’s new album Wonderful Crazy Night, co-produced by Elton and T-Bone Burnett with lyrics by Bernie Taupin.

La cause de la Guinée sera au cœur d’une rencontre entre le consul honoraire de la Guinée à Los Angeles et l’actrice Américaine Sharon Stone. L’évènement aura lieu dans les prochains jours à Beverly Hill aux Etats-Unis suite à la déclaration de la fin de l’épidémie d’Ebola en Guinée.

Le consul Jordan Garcia compte décerner, au nom de la Guinée, un satisfecit à l’actrice Américaine pour son attachement et son amour pour la Guinée. Il mettra à profit cette rencontre pour échanger avec Sharon Stone sur le projet ‘’Conakry, capitale du livre en 2017’’ et la réalisation d’un documentaire sur la Guinée.

The Annual Gala by the Drever Family Foundation Will Be Hosted by Sharon Stone

This year's Benefit, themed as a 1920's French circus featuring Fund-a-Need and live auctions, an art gallery, and fashion show, will benefit Planet Hope. Sharon Stone To Receive NABEF Service To America Leadership Award

Actress SHARON STONE will receive the 2016 Service to America Leadership Award from the NAB EDUCATION FOUNDATION (NABEF) at the organization's Celebration of Service to America Awards event on JUNE 21st in WASHINGTON. Actress and humanitarian Sharon Stone will be honored at the 11th annual Martha’s Vineyard International Film Festival in September.

Stone will be presented with the Martha’s Vineyard Film Society Global Citizen Award for her philanthropic work on September 9, at 7 p.m., at the Film Center in Vineyard Haven, the Martha’s Vineyard Film Society said in a statement Thursday.

The society said Stone has donated her time and money to numerous charities, including amfAR, AIDS LIFE, American Foundation for Aids Research, Cinema for Peace, Habitat for Humanity, Homeless not Toothless, Celebrity Fight Night, and Lupus LA.

The festival, lasting from September 6-11, will take place at the Capawock Theatre and the Film Center in Vineyard Haven, and will feature films celebrating the world’s different cultures, according to the society.

The documentary short “An Undeniable Voice,” produced by and featuring Stone, and directed by Price Arana, is one of the 10 finalists chosen for the International Short Films Juried Competition, according to the statement. The Best Overall Short will be picked after the finalists are screened at the Capawock Theatre on September 10 at 6:30 p.m.

The film tells the story of Sam Harris, the youngest person to have escaped a concentration camp in Germany, the society said. .
